Why mediation training matters here
A moderator trained as a mediator listens differently. He can tell when a question is really a position; when a room needs to be contradicted and when it needs to be acknowledged; when to let a disagreement run and when to interrupt it before it turns.
The training is not decorative: Harvard Law School, the London School of Mediation, IMI accreditation.
